At a glance
The Courage to Collapse is a small author website. We do not sell personal information. We only collect information that you choose to provide, that helps us understand site usage, or that is needed to keep the site secure and available.
Information we may collect
You may choose to provide information such as your name and email address when you contact us or use a future reader resource. We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information.
If you use a reader feedback form, the answers you choose to provide, the survey type, submission time, and manuscript version are sent to a Google Sheet for editorial review. The full-book survey also asks whether we may quote your feedback anonymously; that permission is optional. The forms do not ask for your name or email address. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in your answers.
Our hosting and security systems may automatically receive basic technical information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and access times.
Google Analytics collects information about pages visited, approximate location, referral sources, device and browser details, and interactions with this website. Google Search Console gives us aggregated information about search queries, impressions, clicks, indexing, and technical search performance. Search Console does not give us access to your private search history or identify you by name.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through this website.

Sharing and retention
We may use trusted hosting, email delivery, security, and analytics providers to operate and understand the website. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell or rent your information.
